Activity

Active? Or Inactive?

Indicates primarily to what extent a candidate is an "*entrepreneur" or not. What is the person's energy level? Active candidates are participants, passive candidates are spectators. Activity, as such, is not sufficient to be productive.

People high on the Activity trait are busy doing something and cannot sit still for too long doing nothing. They are energetic and dynamic and tend to be healthy. They are inclined to start things and show initiative. People low on this trait are rather lazy and they don't move fast. They are more likely to be unhealthy and do not start or initiate much. They do not mind sitting in one place for a long time as they are not that active. For some jobs a high activity is not required.

A high score on this point alone can just mean a "busy bee".
